Centrally located in Wilmington, Delaware. newCITY serves the Philadelphia to Washington, DC region.

As Creative Director and President of newCITY productions, Marcel Franck had a clear vision of the kind of exciting, cutting- edge, creative facility he wanted to create when he formed newCITY four years ago. Part ad agency, part post house, totally fun - in other words a digital boutique. Marcel wanted a lean, agile company to stay abreast of the rapidly changing technical nature of the video business, while being able to deliver strong creative work, to a variety of clients, both large and small.

Marcel has over 25 years in the television industry. Marcel has worked in virtually every aspect of the industry, including TV stations, corporate production centers and post houses. Developing his art as a cameraman, producer-director and on-line editor, marcel truly knows the business from both the client’s and the artist’s point of view. Marcel was recognized for his “excellence in the industry” with an EMMY Award for producing and editing.

Out of this wealth of experiences marcel developed a creative environment at newCITY that carefully focuses on each client and their projects, to deliver personalized attention and successful results.
